GOYUKJANG



Ingredients

3cups          Onions tiny cubed
1cup            minced meat
                     ( beef, chicken or bean may be                                          used.)
2cup            spring onion- sliced use only                                               white part.
1cup            gochujang
1/4cup         minced garlic
1/4cup         sugar
1/2cup         soy sauce
1/2cup         cooking oil
1Tbsp          sesame oil


Method

1.    Heat cooking oil in a hot wok.
       Pour the onion into the oil and fried
       translucent .

2.    Add the minced meat then fried until                                opaque.

3.    Follow by minced garlic and sliced                                    spring onions stir fried for   minutes                                  then add the gochujang, stir fried
       until all ingredients are well mixed.

4.    Add the soy sauce, sesame oil and                                    sugar, then keep the sauce simmer
       for about 15 minutes.

5.    Bottled up the sauce while still hot.

6.     Steamed the bottled sauce for 30                                     minutes in slow heat. Bottle sit in                                       water.

* for non spicy you may change the
   gochujang to deonjang.

  Serve a spoon full Goyukjang on hot plain     rice with some fried vegetable  and an egg.   This will made a delicious and simple meal .
